Ps. 70:4 "Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee: and let such as love Thy salvation say continually, Let God be MAGNIFIED."
I want a complete stranger to look at me and SEE a difference in me. Am I content? Am I smiling? Am I at peace with those around me? And most importantly, am I Magnifying my Jesus?
In service Wednesday night, Pastor Atkinson of Calvary Baptist Church preached a message on "How to effectively Witness for Christ" ~Walk at Liberty~ was the theme. He said, "The thing you Love, sets you FREE." Liberty is digging up the wells of opportunity God sets before you. It is a broadening Horizon full of Joy and Fulfillment in following God!
Ps 119:45 "And I will walk at Liberty: for I seek Thy precepts."
Precepts are the Responsibilities God places on His people ~ Witnessing!! A Christian who is not fulfilling God's Command is at best, Most Miserable! The more we hold back from God, the more our witness for Christ will be hindered. Staying pure, separated from this world, and staying SWEET will open the door of utterance for you so that the mystery of the Gospel may be known! Why envy the world when it blocs you from being used for the furthering of the Gospel!
I want people to look at me and see beyond what I am to see Who I am in Christ! I want to have a Spring in my step when I walk with my Jesus!
One day, I will look back, Amazed at where God has brought me, Overwhelmed at the Doors He's opened, and Excited for the Next Well of Opportunity!
So take another Jump forward and see what He can DO! <3
